Who can become a TNC licensed dealer, or a TNC licensed technician?

Who can become a TNC licensed dealer, or a TNC licensed technician?

Anyone in the world who is in possession of a Cisco Networking Academy (CNAP) certificate, or any other comparable networking certificate, or is an authorized MikroTik dealer, or lecturer and is willing to talk to potential TNCspot Operators listed on our TNCspot Operator Site List can become a TNC licensed dealer/technician.

HotSpot System TravelNetCon.pdf

What is the average income of a TNC licensed dealer/technician?

What is the average income of a TNC licensed dealer/technician?

The TNC dealer/technician income consists of two parts:

  1. A one time income for installation and instruction.
  2. A 16% commission during a three year period from the income generated through a TNC Hotspots installed by the TNC licensed dealer/technician.

In the example of a TNCspot Operator’s income described above we came to a TNCspot generated average, gross monthly income of 500 EUR. The TNC licensed dealer/technician’s commission in this case would be 80 EUR. In three years the total commission of the TNC licensed dealer/technician’s income from one average TNC Hotspot consists of 2880 EUR. To this he can add the one time installation and instruction fee of approximately 200 EUR per Hotspot (see calculation of the TNC Licensed dealer/technician’s possible income in Table 2.).

Table 2, where it is presumed that the TNC Licensed dealer/technician will install on average one TNC Hotspot every week (4 Hotspots/month).

No. of Months Installation Fee + 16% Commission Monthly Income No. of Hotspots
1> 800 EUR + 0 800 4
2 800 EUR + 320 1120 8
3 800 EUR + 640 1440 12
4 800 EUR + 960 1760 16
5 800 EUR + 1280 2080 20
6 800 EUR + 1600 2400 24
7 800 EUR + 1920 2720 28
8 800 EUR + 2240 3040 32
9 800 EUR + 2560 3360 36
10 800 EUR + 2880 3680 40
11 800 EUR + 3200 4000 44
12 800 EUR + 3520 4320 48

As we can see in Table 2, 32 TNCspots will generate to the TNC licensed dealer/technician on average a monthly income of more than 2000 EUR in the duration of three years. In addition, every TNC licensed dealer/technician has the opportunity to benefit from the installation of additional access points in larger operations (hotels, resorts, airports, etc…) and services.MontlyIncome

How can you become a TNCspot OPERATOR?

How can you become a TNCspot OPERATOR?

  • You will need a broad band Internet connection and a MikroTik Routerboard, which will be provided and installed by the local TNC licensed dealer, or technician. The list of TNC certified dealers/technicians is published on www.travelnetcon.com.
  • TNC will provide a standard software package enabling connection to the TNC GLOBAL network. Furthermore, in the package we include a complete accounting solution for your hotspot, a firewall and a secure environment for TNC clients, shaper, etc….
  • Upon installation, testing by a licensed TNC technician and signing the contract, you will become an official TNCspot operator.
  • The operation of the MikroTik Routerboard equipped with the TNC software package is fully automated and does not require human involvement.

Table 1. Depending upon the anticipated volume of Internet users (clients) at specific hotspot site, TNC offers three types of MikroTik Routerboards.

Type No. of users Type of operation Price in EUR * ** (device+installation)

** The prices of MikroTik equipment might slightly vary in specific regions of the world.

What is the approximate monthly income of a TNCspot operator?

What is the approximate monthly income of a TNCspot operator?

The TNCspot operator’s income depends on several variables, where the most relevant ones are the following two:

  1. The nature the service provided at the actual TNCspot site.
  2. The anticipated traffic of customers willing to connect to the Internet.

In a small or a medium size café, for instance, you might anticipate 150 to 250 guests coming in on daily basis in average.
Currently, there are 500 million portable computer owners world wide and another 200 million handheld devise owners. In 2007, mobile phone manufacturers will release 150 – 180 million skype mobile phones, which also require Internet support. The overall volume of wireless portable equipment is expected to grow by 25 to 30% annually world wide. Consequently, based on the results of the 2007 “Trustive Corporate Report on Wireless Communication,” (http://corporate.trustive.com) we can calculate with a reasonable accuracy that if only 16 café guests will spend on the internet 1 hour every day on average, in total it will add up to 480 hours of internet time per month. By the average hourly rate of 1 EUR (mobile operators charge on average 6 EUR per hour for a comparable service) this means 500 EUR gross monthly income for the small to medium size TNC hotspot operator. Subtracting the monthly costs for a broad band internet connection, approximately 30 EUR and the 40% administration charge for TNC the net monthly income of the hotspot operator will be 300 EUR before taxes.
The fact that most comparable service operators charge on average 6 EUR for an hour of Internet connection and the fact that the use of portable WiFi devices grows by 27% annually, we can anticipate a massive growth generated through this type of business worldwide.

What is the income distribution rate between the TNC and the TNCspot Operator?

What is the income distribution rate between the TNC and the TNCspot Operator?

In final analysis the income distribution is the following:

  1. The TNC Hotspot Operator will receive 60% of TNC Credits spent at his site.
  2. The TNC GLOBAL will receive 40% of TNC Credits.
Why the 40% administrative charge?

Why the 40% administrative charge?

  1. The TNC prepares your monthly statement/invoice for accounting purposes.
  2. The TNC provides to every TNC Hotspot operator an operating software package free of charge.
  3. Your accumulated income from the TNC hotspot is transferred to you either once every month, or every time it reaches 200 EUR (what ever happens sooner) on your account by a secured bank transfer which involves a fee we need to cover.
  4. TNC covers the bank transfer fees involved in the purchase of TNC Credits by TNC Clients.
  5. Your TNC hotspot site is advertised free of charge on our web page including a picture and a web address in exchange for putting the TNC web link and logo on your web page.
  6. TNC clients will find your site on the TNC world map and could become your clients.
  7. TNC pays a 16% commission to the licensed TNC dealers/technicians.

What is the approximate radius of a TNCspot?

The coverage radius of a standard MikroTik powered hotspot is approximately 50 meters (60 yards). Should you require the coverage of a wider area (large hotels, resorts, convention centers, etc…) you should consult with a licensed TNC technician and he will offer you the most appropriate and most feasible solution. We recommend in most cases the installation of wireless access points (repeaters).
